Day 1 Journal Exercise


Dream about what you want your life to be;
Recognize where you are today;
Eat to live;
Activate your body;
Make a difference in the lives of others.

Day 1

Mini-challenge:

Write down why you want to lose weight and how it will affect your life. List everything you can do to help yourself achieve this goal.

Tip:
Write your reasons for sticking to plan and motivations on Post-Its or Index cards and keep them or post them where you will see them and stay focused.
