Week One Challenge

Welcome to the first week Divas!! Hope everyone is ready to rock this :)

We're just getting started so lets get off to a great start.

Firstly make sure that you have a notebook to keep track of your journey in, take your beginning shot and be sure to get a copy, and finally take beginning measurements and keep track of them for the challenge as well.

*Exercise*


Week one : Choose a different exercise to try 4 days this week, try to do one for:
*Abs
*Upper Body
*Lower Body
*Cardio
Plus write a note in the thread about one example when you overcame a hurdle while working out. 

For cardio the goal this week is 350 mins or roughly 30 mins a day, but this can be done any way you choose as long as it hits the total.

*Personal Challenge*

Write a letter to yourself, listing all the reasons you want to lose weight, this is personal unless you want to share it so be fully honest. 


*Bonus*

Try drinking 32 oz. of water as soon as you get out of bed every day this week.
